Since 1974 we have done one thing: give sheet metal the right form.
Alemdar Pressan has been manufacturing since 1974, serving the automotive supply industry with a focus on quality and customer satisfaction until 2000. From 2000 onwards it analysed advancing technologies and the needs of the sector and added metal furniture fittings to its range.
We use 70% of our production capacity to meet export demand, the greater part of it directed to the European market, and we aim to add new markets to our export portfolio.

Five steps from drawing to dispatch.
Every stage runs in the same plant with the same team. Because responsibility is never divided, both the delivery date and the quality are guaranteed from a single source.
Drawing & quote
Your DXF, DWG or sample reaches us. We calculate price and lead time based on material, thickness and quantity.
Sample & approval
The first sample is produced and submitted for your approval. Dimensional and surface expectations are settled at this stage.
Cutting & forming
Laser cutting and nesting reduce waste; the part takes its shape on CNC press brakes and presses.
Welding & assembly
Parts are joined in dedicated fixtures by spot, MIG/MAG or TIG welding, and the assembly group is completed.
Coating & dispatch
After degreasing, phosphating and electrostatic powder coating comes oven curing; parts are inspected, packed and shipped.

1974
Founded
Alemdar Pressan was founded in Kayseri to provide sheet metal processing and stamping for the automotive supply industry.
2000
Furniture line
Furniture fittings were added to the range; handle and leg series of our own design went into production.
2006
Industrial zone
Production moved to the new plant in the Kayseri Organised Industrial Zone: a 5,200 m² site with 3,400 m² under roof.
