Complex geometries, burr-free edges.
Laser cutting allows parts with complex geometries to be processed quickly, without contact and with high accuracy. Because it is a chipless method, the need for post-processing is reduced to a minimum.
The cut edge is burr-free; the heat-affected zone is kept narrow, so the part leaves the machine within a tight tolerance band and without thermal distortion. From prototype to series production, repeatability stays at the same level.
Our tube and profile laser cuts round tubes from Ø20 to Ø152 mm, square sections from 20×20 to 120×120 mm and rectangular sections up to an outer size of Ø152 mm, with wall thicknesses up to 6 mm in steel, 4 mm in stainless and 3 mm in aluminium.
